Welcome to the registration headquarters for the 2026-2027 season! To secure your child’s spot on the roster and ensure full team certification, parents must complete our 4-Step Registration Process.
Please read the instructions below carefully. Your child will not be certified to practice or receive equipment until all steps (including physical paperwork turn-in) are fully completed.
Pop Warner National rules require official, physical paper forms to be maintained in our team binders. We cannot accept generic digital text prints. You must download, print, and fill out these exact forms by hand:

⚠️ Important Printing Rules: All forms must be signed and dated by a parent or legal guardian after January 1, 2026. Please use black or blue ink, write clearly, and ensure every single signature line is completed.

What you will need for this form:
Basic player information and emergency contact details.
Your child's jersey and football pant sizes.
Payment Confirmation: We accept the $300 registration fee via Zelle (include your player's name in the memo). Please take a screenshot of your digital payment receipt before starting, as you will be prompted to share the confirmation information to verify your registration.
Early Bird Registration (before July 20, 2026): $300
Standard Registration (on or after July 20, 2026): $350

Full Fall Season of Competition
Jr. Irish Family Night
Jr. Irish Football School (winter program of online sessions teaching the fundamentals of offensive and defensive schematics)
We accept the $300 registration fee via Zelle (include your player's name in the memo). If you need a different form of payment, like cash or check, please email coach@jrirish.com to make arrangements. (Venmo and CashApp Coming Soon)
Once you have filled out your printed Pop Warner sheets, upload clear scans of your paperwork to our secure pre-screening folder.
What to upload:
Your completed, signed Pop Warner Participant Contract.
Your completed, signed Pop Warner Medical History Form.
A clear photo/scan of your child's Birth Certificate.
A clear photo/scan of your child's Final 2025-2026 Report Card (required to verify Pop Warner's 2.0 / 70% scholastic fitness rule).
A screenshot of your registration payment confirmation.
Note: Uploading these early allows our board members to check your paperwork for missing signatures or errors weeks before the season starts, saving you time at in-person check-in!
Digital uploads are for pre-screening only. You must bring physical, hard-copy prints to our mandatory check-in night in order for your child to be certified by the organization and receive their helmet/padded gear.
What to Bring:
The physical Pop Warner Participant Contract (Signed/dated in ink after 1/1/2026).
The physical Pop Warner Medical History Form (Signed/dated in ink after 1/1/2026).
An authentic certified copy of your child's Birth Certificate.
A printed copy of your child's final 2025-2026 Report Card showing all four quarters.
